| Howdy howdy everyone. I hope you all had a good Christmas. I know I had a great one. My family came over for dinner on Sunday. It was my grandparents, aunt, uncle, and cousins with my older cousin's girlfriend Amy. After dinner we opened gifts, and then I went to visit Kim and her family. I then took Kim to meet my Uncle Johnny. He actually my dad's cousin, but it's easier to call him Unlce John. Then Kim and I went back to her house to hang out. We watched March of the Penguins. It was a pretty cool movie. Penguins lead a pretty interesting life really. It's harder than most people think it is. Today, I had to work and I work again tomorrow, but Kim is coming over afterward for dinner and to hang out. Then Thursday I'm going to visit her at home and we're going to see Night at the Museum at the new movie theater in Lititz. Then we're going to dinner at Olive Garden. Then on Friday I'm going to help her babysit for her cousin. Should be fun. Well, I think that's about all I have right now. Untill next time! | | |
| Howdy all! This is officially the first xanga entry that I write on my new laptop. It's so awesome! We almost had some major issues though. The Geek Squad came yesterday to set up the wireless router and they were going to clean up the desktop cuz it had some major virus issues. Well, I couldn't find where we put the reset disks for the computer, and my dad, ever the understanding one, got pissed off and pretty much told the guy to leave. Well, fortunately, the guy was really cool and talked my dad into letting him stay to finish up. Well, my mom ended up knowing where the disks were so we're gonna call the Geek Squad back to finish fixing the desktop. Then Kim and I hung out a bit before she went home for Christmas break. | Well, I suppose we shall update. So, biggest thing, I just turned 21 on Saturday and it's not really all that it's made out to be. I had a great birthday though. After work, I picked up Kim and we went to see Los Lonely Boy in concert at the Sovereign Performing Art Center. It was such an awesome show. The rocked like crazy. Henry Garza, the guitarist, is so awesome. He's like Carlos Santana meets George Thourghogood meets Terry Kath. Awesomeness. To commemorate my turning 21, I bought my first legal beer. The only had Yuengling and Labatt's Blue on tap, so I bought a Labatt's. Good stuff. Other than that, not much has happend. I'm working full time now. It's fun, and it makes me money. | Well, I have an opportunity to update so I will. I helped Kim moved into her dorm room yesterday. Everything went smooth. We met up with her best friend Ashlee and her parents for lunch at the Texas Roadhouse. The we attempted to set up her shelving units but not all went well there. I got her DVD rack up fine, but her bookshelf was a different story. The screws went in a bit crooked and I couldn't get it in all the way. Then when I tried to take it apart I couldn't loosen it cuz the screw was stripped. We got a new one and it went together easier. We had to improvise and use a rock as a hammer, but we got it together. Other than that, I've been working a lot. That's about it. Till next time. | | |
